老化現象

顔と名前が一致しない、それになかなか覚えられないし思い出せない。どこかで見たのにどこで見たか思い出せない。若い頃は、すぐに物事や人（例えば、高校に入学した時、クラスの名前が半日で全員覚えられ、誰がその人かすぐに出来た）が覚えられたし、すこし考えればどこで見たか思い出せた。なのにここ最近、全くダメ。営業課にいる以上こんなことがあってはならないのに。おそらく老化現象だろうけどそれになかなか勝てない。なにか記憶力アップするような方法はないのだろうかと考え始めた今日この頃でした。
