おはようございます。

全国的に今週は天気が荒れ模様です。

時間にゆとりを持ってお出かけください。

先日、レモンの木を発見しました。

沢山の国産レモン・・・。

思わず足を止め、羨望のまなざしで見つめました。

我が家では、よく妹が柑橘類を保存食品に加工しています。

はちみつに漬けや塩レモン、しょうが漬けなどなど。

寒いときにお湯に溶かして飲んだり、サラダのドレッシングにしたり、

風邪でのどが痛いときなどに活躍しています。

外見からは想像もつかない位、家庭的な彼女の今年の夢は味噌を漬けることです。

いつか自給自足の生活が始まるのではないかと思っています。
