邑南町で建てた住宅はもうすぐ完成です
間口６mの程の敷地に建つ狭小住宅です
広島市や神戸市での仕事をしていた頃はそんなのは当たり前の事が
こんな広い土地がある地域で建てる事になろうとは…
よく言う”うなぎの寝床”は一般的には１階部分が暗くなってしまいます
（両隣に家が建っている場合）
建築基準法で採光の取れる窓を確保できないと建築できません
今回のプランは隣地に河川があり、採光の心配はありませんが
やはり、１階は暗くなってしまいます（間取りの関係上仕方ないです）
２階部分は居室になりますが快適な明るさが取れています
２ヶ所のバルコニーと遊び心を取り入れた吹き抜けと趣味カウンター
使い方次第で面白い空間が出来そうです
