2013年の幕開けです
いつもとは違った気持ちで新年を迎えました
今年はどんな一年にする事が出来るのでしょうか
少なくとも納得のいく年にしたいものです
私は宗教については信心深い方ではないですが
新年早々説教を聴く機会がありまして、
興味深い話がありました
我々はよく「諦める」という事をしたり、言葉を使ったりします
この「あきらめる」の語源は仏教にあるそうです
現在では物事を断念する意味で使いますが
元々の意味は、「真偽を明らかにする」という事らしいです
日々の生活の中で判断を迫られるのは当然の事
その判断が的確であるかないかが重要です
諦めるは止める事ではなく見極める事
今年一年納得のいく判断を目指して歩き始めました
