今、話題の生活保護費の問題がある。確かに庶民にとって桁違いの年収を貰っているのにとは思う。でも実際、自分の立場だったらどうだろう。甘んじてその制度に頼ると思う。だって、親が困窮しているから養えという強制力がないのだから。
強制力といえば、やはり事業仕分けである。強制力がないのにそんなこと議論してもしょうがないのはではないだろうか。縮減だの廃止だの言っても結局のところは何も出来ていない。犬の遠吠えにしか聞こえない。また、問責決議案もそうである。大臣2人が槍玉にあったが、これもまた強制力がないので何も意味がない。
強制力というものもっと使えばいいのにと思うが、民主国家にとってそれはしたくないのだろう。
