住宅の外観って大切ですよね
お気に入りであると共に周りの風景にマッチしている事
外観ばかり考えていると肝心の間取りが犠牲になります
使い易さを第一に考えると外観は思い通りになりにくいです
私の場合大まかな間取りがある場合は外観を決めて
その枠に振り分けて間取りをまとめるケースが多いです
外観を美しくって考えますと知らず知らずのうちに
決め事を作ってしまい反省することがありました
それは窓の高さ
室内ドアの高さに窓の高さを合わせるのが
私もどこの工務店も一般的だと思うんですが、
これは使う側にしてみれば合理的ではない事もあります
同じ部屋でも窓の高さは違って良いじゃない！
実際変化を付けても違和感なしです(私はですが…)
