他人が設計した住宅を建てるというのは
案外勉強になるものです
自分が設計した物は、ありったけの知恵を絞っても
それ以上は無いですから…
現場で気付く事が少なからずあり
次の設計に生かしていく
今までは設計すれば完成するまで
現場に足を向ける事が少なかった事を反省するのです
大工工事が木造住宅の大半を占めるというのに
肝心の大工の目線を重要視していない設計は最悪です
例えば、
クロス下地となる石膏ボードは規格サイズがあり、
そのサイズをきちんと生かせば大工は無駄がありません
壁のボードを規格サイズ91センチ×242センチを使うなら
天井高さは243センチ位に設定すれば
大工は長さをカットする必要がありません
もし、意味もなく250センチの天井高を設定していたら
手間も材料も大きく違ってきます
