すっかり秋ですね

昨日大工さんに飛びきり美味しい柿をいただきました

小学生のころから柿の木に登っては次々と食べていた古き良き

時代は遠い昔となってしまい、今時小学生が柿を取っている姿

なんて見る事はありません

その低木は沢山の赤い実を付けているんだけど、取りやすい

低い位置の実は既に無くて、割と高い場所に集中しています

最近では皮をむいて食べる事が多い柿を

そのままかぶりついてみるとこれが実に美味い

基本は皮ごとですよ　やはり
