階段の窓はどうあるべきなのか？
階段の窓というのは階段室と2階ホールの採光と通風のために
設ける場合が多いですよね
採光はまあいいんです
問題は通風
通風すると言っても窓を開けるには手で開けますよね、一般的には…
だけど階段ってだんだん低くなっていく
そのうち手が届かなくなっちゃう という事で低い位置に窓を下げて
設置するケースが多いのです
でもですね、風がないときに通風するには２階の天井の最も近い位置に
配置すれば1階との気圧差で無風の時でも風が動くので
出来るだけ高い位置に持っていきたい
でも手が届かなくなる
引き違い窓ならクレセント（鍵）を低い位置に取付ければ良いです
（多少費用がかかりますけど低い位置に変更できます）
又、よくやったのはガラスルーバー式の窓をチェーンで操作する方式
気密は下がりますけどね
どうするにしても、階段の窓は掃除もしにくいし
今ひとつスッキリしないんです
